About Us

China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Property Development Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the Property Development Company) is a wholly-owned enterprise directly under China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., LTD. The Property Development Company, entrusted by China Foreign Trade Center Group, is responsible for the development and operation of the Product Design and Trade Promotion Center (PDC) of the Canton Fair and the cultural and creative products of the Canton Fair. The company manages two office buildings, Canton Fair Tower A and Tower B, the parking lot and stores of the Canton Fair Complex, as well as numerous stores, commercial office buildings, residences and warehouses in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. With two subsidiaries, The Westin Pazhou(5-star) and Courtyard by Marriott Guangzhou Pazhou (4-star), it is a strong and influential enterprise in the field of exhibition industry chain and property management.

PDC Introduction

The Product Design and Trade Promotion Center of the Canton Fair (PDC) was established in 2011, aiming to build an efficient connection service platform for the close cooperation between "World Design" and "Made in China".

PDC Booths

The PDC booths are set up on the Pearl River Promenade in Area A and B of the Canton Fair Complex. The service content is related to the current exhibition theme of the Canton Fair, with relevant design services. We provide design services in areas such as industrial design, fashion design, brand consultation, etc. for exhibitors.

Design Matchmaking

Outside the period of the Canton Fair, PDC focuses on foreign trade industrial bases, organizing designers to have face-to-face exchanges with Chinese foreign trade enterprises to promote design cooperation between the two sides.

Event Planning & Implementation

We leverage the resources and influence accumulated by PDC over the years to provide professional conference services such as event planning, organization and implementation, and resource integration.

Design Innovation Themed Activities

During the Canton Fair, PDC organizes multiple design innovation-themed activities for various fields, discussing and sharing outstanding design cases in aspects such as innovative concepts, popular trends, and brand marketing, and promoting successful experiences in promoting trade and industrial upgrading through design.
