I need to pay attention to my calcium intake as I dont drink tea or coffee with milk, not a big fan of yoghurt and trying to limit cheese intake so the milk is very important to keep my calcium levels up. Is one cup of milk a day enough???

A friend was saying last night that wheat bix are the healthiest of cereals.
