The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) is aware of various schemes, being circulated via e-mails (i.e. info@icscun.org, staffing@icscun.org), from the Internet web sites, and via regular mail, falsely stating that they are issued by or associated with ICSC.

The ICSC does not own the domain name icscun.org and has reported this to the proper authorities.
