<i></i><br/><br/><b><b>液态锂电池构成示意图（图片来源：[2]）</b></b><br/><br/>液态锂电池的工作过程大致是这样的：<b>充电时，</b>外部电源把电子推向负极，锂离子在电解液中穿过隔膜，从正极迁移到负极并嵌入其结构之中；<b>放电时，</b>锂离子从负极返回正极，电子经由外电路输出能量，从而驱动设备运行。<b>液态电解液的优势在于离子传导速度快、能充分浸润电极孔隙、工艺成熟且成本被规模化制造压低，因此它成为过去十多年锂电产业快速扩张的基础。</b><br/><br/><b>液态锂电池的瓶颈</b><br/><br/>那么，液态锂电池的发展又遇到了哪些瓶颈呢？<b>液态电解液多为可燃有机溶剂，</b>遇到内部短路、过充、外部挤压碰撞或散热失效等极端情况时，可能触发热失控，进而引发冒烟、起火甚至更严重的后果。与此同时，为了追求更长续航，人们会提高正极镍含量、<b>提高负极硅含量、减少非活性材料占比，让电芯内部更紧凑、更接近材料极限，这会把安全与寿命管理推到更危险的境地。</b><br/><br/><br/><br/> <i></i><br/><br/><b><b>液态锂电池与固态电池的原理比较示意图（图片来源：[3]）</b></b><br/><br/><b>在工作原理上，固态电池的充放电逻辑与传统锂电相似。</b><b>充电时，</b>外部电源驱动正极中的锂离子从晶格中脱嵌，锂离子不再通过液态电解液扩散，而是穿过固态电解质迁移到负极；与此同时，电子经外电路从正极流向负极以维持电荷平衡，锂离子在负极与电子结合并被储存，实现电能向化学能的转化；<b>放电时则相反。</b>固态电解质在其中既要提供高离子电导率以保证充放电性能，又要充当隔离层防止正负极短路。<b>固态电池凭借较高的机械强度与稳定性在一定程度上能抑制锂枝晶生长，从而提升电池的安全性。</b><br/><br/><b>固态电池的优势与挑战</b><br/><br/><b>固态电池最具吸引力的一点是更高的安全边界。</b>相较于可燃、易挥发的有机液态电解液，许多固态电解质在耐热性与不可燃性上更具优势，理论上可降低热失控的触发概率。与此同时，由于固态电池能适配金属锂负极等高比容量材料，因此有机会抬升能量密度的上限。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
