（江西日报全媒体记者童梦宁）覆膜、插秧，一气呵成。近日，在南昌市新建区石埠镇田垅村鹭洲家庭农场，随着自动化覆膜插秧一体机在田间来回穿梭，一层黑色竹纤维全生物降解地膜被平整铺于田面，秧苗则精准穿过膜孔定植——这标志着全生物降解地膜插秧一体化技术在南昌正式启动试点。该技术通过物理控草、节水保肥、减药抑病，有望实现水稻种植降本增效，通过耕地数量、质量、生态“三位一体”保护，为南昌发展农业新质生产力、助推粮食产业提质增效探路。<br/><br/>此次试点采用的覆膜插秧一体机可一次性完成铺膜和插秧作业，所用地膜为竹纤维全生物降解材料。与传统地膜不同，该地膜在完成保墒、增温、抑草的“护苗使命”后，可被微生物全部分解为二氧化碳和水，无土壤残留，从源头破解农田“白色污染”难题。<br/><br/>鹭洲家庭农场自去年划出50亩中稻试验田试水该技术，成效初显。农场主方子草介绍，应用该技术后，亩均肥料用量减少10%、农药用量缩减50%，水稻亩产增幅超10%，且无需除草开支，通过降本、提质、增产等叠加效应，每亩综合增收超300元。今年，该农场将中稻试验面积扩大至100亩，加上田垅村部分农户跟进，全村应用该技术的试验田总面积达200亩，市、区农业农村部门及属地政府全程跟踪指导，并对试验田建立监测档案。<br/><br/>南昌市农业农村局相关负责人表示，全生物降解地膜插秧一体化技术契合国家化肥农药减量增效与农业绿色发展战略。下一步，该市将在试验示范成熟的基础上，打出“可降解地膜+绿色防控+缓控释肥”组合拳，结合本地实际在全市范围内有序扩面推广，让新技术转化为农民手中的“真金白银”，以农业新质生产力筑牢粮食安全根基。<br/><br/>值得一提的是，目前该技术处于试验示范阶段，加之全生物降解地膜投入较大，部分农户对成本和成效仍存顾虑。今年全国两会期间，全国人大代表郑月明曾建议，尽快出台差异化补贴政策，按区域和作物种类对全生物降解农用地膜实行补贴，并加强政策落地监督；支持更多地区开展示范，涵盖主要作物品种，形成可复制、可推广的模式和技术规范，助力农业高质量发展。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>特别声明：本文为网易自媒体平台“网易号”作者上传并发布，仅代表该作者观点。网易仅提供信息发布平台。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
