，工作压力不 大于2.5Mpa管网系统。一步法成型工艺不同于管中管成型工艺，它是 采用一次包覆的成型方式，执行标准：GB/T50538- 2010《埋地钢质管道防腐保温层技术标准》。“一步法”成型工艺，发泡前，应采用适当方法 将钢管外表面加热到30±5℃ (气温较低时使用) ， 并应把组合聚醚(俗称“白料”)<br/><br/><br/>“一步法”聚氨酯预制直埋保温管，适用于输 极大地缩短了生产周期。2、机械化程度高，减少人为失误<br/><br/>“一步法”生产线全部采用机械化控制，流水线生产，可降低因人为失误造成的不合格率。 3、降低能耗，提高产品质量<br/><br/>因无需安装支架有效避免了由热桥(支架) 损失的热能，提高了保温效果，使产品更加优 质节能环保。4、降低生产成本：可降低用工成本2/3，可降低支架部分的材料成本，生产效率可提高
