统计安装位置、安装方式，确定所需的有机堵料、无机堵料、耐火隔板、防火涂料、防火包及具有相应耐火等级的安装附件的数量，进行材料的准备工作。 材料到货后进行外观检查，有机堵料不氧化、不冒油、软硬度适度；无机堵料不结块、无杂质；防火隔板平整光洁、厚度均匀。 2、技术准备： 核对施工图，确认各类的封堵方式符合设计及规范要求；防火封堵材料必须具有国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验测试中心提供的合格检测报告，并通过省级以上消防主管部门鉴定，并取得消防产品登记备案证书。<br/><br/><br/><b>#1  施工准备 </b><br/><br/><b> 1、材料准备： </b><br/><br/>需土建专业配合机电将前期预埋洞口修补到位，通风管道、电气桥架、母线洞口边沿距管道外沿应≤5cm；给排水套管、通风格栅百叶洞口应与套管和格栅百叶尺寸相同。<br/><br/><b> #2  工艺要求 </b><br/><br/>1、施工前将工作面清理干净，做到无油污，无粉尘及其他杂物，电缆按顺序梳理整齐。<br/><br/>2、封堵厚度必须满足24cm厚以上，保证180分钟以上的耐火极限。<br/><br/>3、有机防火堵料的施工，应符合下列要求：有机防火堵料封堵应牢固严实，无脱落现象，表面平整。<br/><br/>4、无机防火堵料的封堵表面应平整光洁，无粉化，不硬化开裂等缺陷。<br/><br/><b> #3  防火封堵 </b><br/><br/><b> 1、电气电缆桥架防火封堵 </b><br/><br/>敷设在吊顶内和穿越不同防火分区、穿越顶板的电缆桥架，按规范要求位置，有防火隔堵措施。电缆桥架穿过墙体预留孔洞时，需要采取防火封堵措施。<br/><br/>1）在确定桥架内电缆数量不再增加时，在桥架穿墙处采用防火包或防火泥平服地镶入电缆空隙中，阻火包应交叉堆砌，将桥架内剩余空间填充紧密，盖上电缆桥架。<br/><br/>2）用砖块+混凝土将大的孔洞砌上，保证桥架各个面与墙体有5厘米左右的间距，再用防火包封堵。<br/><br/>3）阻火包封堵后，用尺寸相符的防火板封堵墙面。<br/><br/><b> 2、电缆竖井防火封堵 </b><br/><br/>l）电缆竖井处的防火封堵一般采用角钢或槽钢托架进行加固 ,确保每个小孔洞的规格小于400mm×400mm。再用l0mm或20mm厚的防火板托底封堵,托架和防火板的选用和托架的密度必须确保整体有足够的强度,能作为人行通道。竖井内桥架洞口土建需砌筑50mm防水台。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>2）底面的孔隙口及电缆周围必须采用有机堵料进行密实封堵，电缆周围的有机堵料厚度不得小于20mm<br/><br/>3）然后在防火板上用阻火包填塞密实或用无机防火堵料浇筑，浇筑厚度一般为150mm~200mm.<br/><br/>4）阻火包封堵或无机堵料浇筑后，在其顶部使用有机堵料将每根电缆分隔包裹，其厚度大于无机堵料表层的l0mm，电缆周围的有机堵料宽度不得小于30mm，呈几何图形，面层平整。<br/><br/><b> 3、电缆预留孔和电缆保护管两端口 </b><br/><br/>电缆预留孔和电缆保护管两端口应用有机防火堵料封堵严密。堵料封入管口的深度不少于50mm，电缆预留管两端应填塞有机防火堵料。<br/><br/><b> 4、通风管道及给排水管道防火封堵 </b><br/><br/>1）可能产生冷凝水的管道穿越套管处，套管与管之间用不燃材料填塞密实（或防火胶泥封堵），管道保温应进入套管两侧深度不得小于20mm，防止结露。<br/><br/>2）管道穿越防火分区、机房及楼板处应防火封堵；管道穿越地面处设护口，不藏水。<br/><br/><br/><br/>3）穿墙及穿楼板套管与管道安装同心<br/><br/>4）风管出外墙防火封堵<br/><br/>5）风管防火封堵、与墙体缝隙采用岩棉封堵。风管穿越防火墙时应设有套管。<br/><br/>6）母线防火封堵。<br/><br/>7）风管防火封堵<br/><br/><b> 5、本工程典型洞口与封堵方法
