检测前确认谐波检测仪电量充足、功能档位完好，核对设备检定标识在有效期内。记录被测回路基础信息，包含供电电压等级、负荷类型、变压器容量、当前运行负荷数值。检查现场环境，避开大功率变频设备、电焊装置等强干扰源，保持仪器与带电线路间距符合安全规范。提前梳理检测目标，区分仅测电压谐波、仅测电流谐波或电压电流同步检测，准备对应规格电流钳、电压测试线，确认配件外观无破损、绝缘层完整。<br/><br/><br/><b>一、检测前准备与前期核查</b><br/><br/>检测前确认谐波检测仪电量充足、功能档位完好，核对设备检定标识在有效期内。记录被测回路基础信息，包含供电电压等级、负荷类型、变压器容量、当前运行负荷数值。检查现场环境，避开大功率变频设备、电焊装置等强干扰源，保持仪器与带电线路间距符合安全规范。提前梳理检测目标，区分仅测电压谐波、仅测电流谐波或电压电流同步检测，准备对应规格电流钳、电压测试线，确认配件外观无破损、绝缘层完整。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><b>二、规范接线操作步骤</b><br/><br/><br/>电压接线：仪器电压端子通过测试引线对应接入被测相线、零线，相线与零线一一对应，接线端子紧固无松动，禁止引线互相缠绕、挤压。三相回路需按 A、B、C、N 相序依次连接，相序错乱会造成数据失真。<br/><br/><br/><br/>电流接线：打开电流钳卡扣，单根相线从钳口中心穿过，闭合卡扣保证贴合紧密，钳口接触面无杂物、油污；区分钳表标识的进出电流方向，三相负荷需每相单独配置电流钳，对应接入仪器各电流通道。<br/><br/><br/><br/>接线顺序：先接仪器侧端子，再连接现场二次回路或低压出线端；检测结束拆除时反向操作，先撤现场线路，再取下仪器端引线。<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><b>三、现场读数采集规范</b><br/><br/>接线完成后开启仪器，选择谐波测量模式，设置匹配的电压变比、电流变比参数，等待仪器数据稳定后再记录。单次采样时长不少于 10 秒，持续负荷设备分段记录峰值、均值；间歇波动负荷延长采样周期，分负荷高峰、负荷平稳、低负荷三组数据留存。完整记录总畸变率、2 至 50
