Enrollment Periods:

* Elite and Select Tiers: Eligible to enroll only during the annual open enrollment cycle (January 1st to March 31st).

* Partner Tier: Can enroll throughout the year.



Eligibility Criteria:

* Must be an existing Microsoft Advertising customer for at least six months.

* Must meet a minimum Microsoft Advertising spend threshold annually.

* Must be an Agency, Channel Partner, Search/Supply Partner, or Technology Partner.
