West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 60 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A front will remain nearly
stationary off of the SE U.S. coast today while a weakening,
secondary cold front moves over the N waters. The cold front will
weaken into a trough today into tonight as high pressure builds
over much of the area. The front off of the SE U.S. coast will
gradually move N as a warm front Sat through Sun, eventually
moving N of the waters Sun night. High pressure continues over
much of the area otherwise through Mon. A cold front approaches
the far NW waters Mon night, possibly moving into the far N
waters for a time Tue while remaining nearly stationary near or
just N of the far N waters Tue and Tue night, with high pressure
continuing to the S over much of the area.
