The new WMO competency framework is a key element of its people management and HR strategy. It underpins the behavioural standards expected of all WMO staff—across all roles, levels, and locations. It highlights the mindset, skills and behaviours needed to deliver results, also providing some examples of how this looks in action. The framework consists of three core values and seven competencies.
