Production processing and quality inspection

1. Original film procurement and cutting
The factory purchases glass raw sheets of specified brand and thickness according to the order requirements. Use a CNC cutting machine for precise cutting.

2. Precision machining process
Grinding: Grind according to customer requirements.
Drilling/slotting: Using precision drilling machines for processing is a technical activity, and edge bursting should be avoided.
Cleaning: All glass must undergo strict cleaning before tempering to ensure that the surface is free of impurities.
Tempering treatment: Heat the glass into a tempering furnace to around 700 degrees Celsius, and then rapidly and uniformly cool it.
This process creates strong compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress inside, thereby increasing its strength by 4-5 times and ensuring safety (breaking into small particles).
Secondary processing (if necessary): If silk screen printing, lamination, composite hollow, etc. are required, they should be carried out after tempering.

3. Full inspection and labeling
100% quality inspection: including dimensional tolerance, flatness, hole accuracy, whether there are scratches, dents, and other defects. 3C certification mark: For safety glass used in construction, the 3C certification mark will be silk screened or pasted before leaving the factory.
After passing the quality inspection, attach the certificate of conformity, indicating the production date, batch, specifications, and other information.

Single-piece potassium-resistant fire-resistant glass is specially treated to withstand 1000°C flames for 80–120 minutes without breaking. It effectively blocks fire and smoke, aiding early detection and providing crucial time for safe evacuation and rescue operations.

Unidirectional perspective glass

Unidirectional perspective glass features a highly reflective coating, acting as a mirror from one side while allowing clear vision from the other. This one-way visibility effect depends on the lighting difference between both sides, making it suitable for observation windows in security and detention facilities.

Low radiation insulated glass

Hollow glass consists of multiple glass panes separated by a spacer and sealed to form an insulating air layer. When made with a low-emissivity coating, it enhances thermal insulation, reduces energy costs, blocks UV rays, and supports comfortable, energy-efficient building design.

Bullet proof glass

Bulletproof glass is a transparent laminate of multiple glass and interlayer materials, processed under high temperature and pressure. It combines clarity with resistance to gunfire, and is categorized into models like F54 and F79 per the GA165-1997 standard.
