LIFTING BUFFER SYSTEM

characteristic: composed of iftina convevors,sorter iftina svstem and cotrol svstem, The dlass can be storedhorizontally in a grid layer by layer. The height can be up to 9 meters, which greatly save the space for glassfactory. lt is as the buffer in front of tempering furnace, on the other hand, it can be integrated with automaticbatching system for loading the glasses for tempering furnace automatically and efficiently according tosoftware.

Basic parameters:

Maximum glass size:3500x2500mm/5000x3000mm

Minimum glass size :800x600mm

Glass thickness range:3-19mm

Layer quantity :50 layers or 70 layer (Can be customized)

Transfer speed:6-40m/min

Lifting speed : 2.2m/s

SORTER

Characteristic: Make double edging machine more efficient

Basic parameters.

Maximum glass size:3000x2500mm/3000x2000mm

Minimum glass size :500x500mm

Thickness range:3-19mmSlot quantity :9or20 layers (1000mm pit required)

Circle time:10-15s

VERTICAL BUFFER SYSTEM

Characteristic: Composed of shuttles,sorters,sorter convevor, rails and control software in front of or behind temperingfurnace,also can be integrated with automatic batching system for better loading rate for tempering furance or glass pairinofor lG line.

Basic parameters:

Maximum glass size :4200x2500mm/6000x3000mm

Minimum glass size :400x350mm

Thickness range :3-19mm

Slot quantity :25/40/55 per sorter (Can be customized)

Sorter conveyor max speed :1.5m/s

Buffer shuttle max speed :4m/s

RING TYPE SORTER

Characteristic: Can move single piece alass in and out from the horizontal glass sorter, and glass can be moved in and out in the ring

sorter according to different types.

Application: Mainly used for glass storage, loading, unloading and sorting in electronics, appliances and shower industry. it can stably and efficiently realize the automatic processina mode between each process.

Basic parameters:

Maximum glass size:2200mmx1200mm

Minimum glass size:1500mmx150mm

Glass thickness range:4-12mm

In and out circle tim :12-20s
