Management

UCAR Operations

At UCAR, we believe scientists should focus on science. We take care of the rest.

In our role as managers of our community programs and of NSF NCAR on behalf of the National Science Foundation, we handle the finances, negotiate contracts, maintain the facilities, and provide information technology, among other functions that are critical for smooth day-to-day operations. We also provide human resource services, working to recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce.
