Visitor Housing

Housing in Boulder can be expensive and difficult to find. For information regarding local area accommodations, please visit the UCAR housing website. You will need to create a login and password and submit a request. When registering for your account, please include the dates of your visit, the Lab/Program you are visiting, and your host or primary point of contact. Once your request is approved, you will be able to view local listings and property manager information. 

Other options  include Furnished Finders, Boulder furnished apartments, Zillow, Craigslist, Airbnb, Facebook,Hotpads for sublets and rooms to rent, RentCafe, and the University of Colorado Graduate & Family Housing, which is walking distance to the NCAR shuttle and bicycling distance to the office. NCAR has a free shuttle that could enable you to live a bit farther from the office if you can find something on the route. Boulder also has an extensive system of bike paths. HAO is located in the Center Green 1 building (CG1) at 3080 Center Green Dr., Boulder, CO, 80301.
