Apart from being expensive, Belong are a PITA to deal with so I'm happy to change . . . but to whom? There are plenty of recommendations on choosing an ISP but I'm still confused (!). Customer service wise you really shouldn't have to &quot;deal&quot; with them after being connected. They had special pricing available, so I took it. Happy as a monkey with two tails since. Spintel had previously been good, but I was having issues with service, their CS had gone downhill from being excellent a few years prior, to abysmal, so I left. Chatted to Tangerine last week about pricing and they came up with something that worked for me. No hassles, no drama, quick to respond through their portal when I lodged a ticket and the CS rep was able to be understood (I have difficulty with South Asian accents due to partial hearing loss). I joined up for their 3 month deal with significant price cuts. Just wasn't worth it. Their billing and technical teams don't talk to each other. This causes all sorts of problems with when you get charged etc. I ended up leaving 6 weeks in essentially &quot;paying&quot; to leave.
