I know it sometime away but my next payment will be the last I get a discount on and being on a pension that helps a lot.
I'm with DoDo ATM and they have been fine, but it will go up to $90+ after that so do we expect ISPs to change a lot in the next few months?
Just looking a head for any information that others may have.
Thanks for any help in the matter.

I'm on 500/50 and Id like to keep it at or lower then $80.
I have a good modem that works at that speed the AXE5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Gaming Router so no need to get one from the ISP.

Thanks Ill keep them in mind for later, do you think that Dodo would maybe match the price of Exetel when I tell them I'm looking to move or do ISPs just let people swap as it's to much of a problem for them?

You can ask but the answer is almost certainly no. NBN Margins are tight and the days of "special deals" are long gone. Its generally take it or leave it. No biggie though as switching takes about 10 minutes.

I am 500/50 for $79.95 for 12 months. Took 10 minutes to switch over, suggest you switch on a week day during business hours.

When I first joined I got the promotion that was running at the time 100/20 for $75.00 /mth for 12 months.

When my promo ended I called them up, this was when the NBN was going to up the speed for free.

I got their current promo of 500/50 for $79.95 / mth for 12 months.

I stuffed up and payed for my next month with DoDo, not that big a deal as they have been good for me but the prices has jumped up to just under $100.
I have to put a reminder on my phone calendar.
Then Ill will be checking out ether https://www.exetel.com.au/broadband/nbn withe their One Plan 500/50 at $80 a month or https://carboncomms.com.au/pages/carbon-comms-nbn-plans and their Carbon Home Fast 500/50 nbn also $80 a month.
Anyone here using their service?

Just be mindful Exetel is CGNAT only and online support only.

Carbon only has one POP in Sydney meaning longer 'lag' when browsing Internet etc.

A better option is Leaptel or Neptune

For $5 more a reliable and better RSP like Neptune is a safer bet in my opinion
