cross-links）</b>，即蛋白质异常附着在DNA上，直接阻断DNA复制和转录等关键过程。DNA-蛋白质交联可能由饮酒、接触甲醛或其他醛类物质引起，也可能源于DNA复制和修复相关酶的错误。如果不能及时清除，DNA-蛋白质交联会在细胞分裂时引发严重差错，威胁基因组稳定性。<br/><br/><b>SPRTN是一种能清除DNA-蛋白质交联的关键酶。</b>它通过切割交联中的蛋白部分，使DNA功能恢复正常。<b>当突变导致SPRTN失活，个体可能患上一种罕见的遗传病——Ruijs-Aalfs综合征。</b>这类患者往往在青少年时期就出现骨骼异常，并伴随早发性肝癌和早衰症状。不过，这种疾病的根本机制一直不清晰，并且缺乏特异性疗法。<br/><br/>在一项发表于《<a
