Privacy and Security

We do not collect, store or distribute to third parties your personal information. Other than for the purposes of troubleshooting technical issues, we do not collect your IP address, email or browser information.


Tip

No tracking cookies or web analytics is used on this platform.


PVOutput will only send you an email when an alert is triggered or if you have enabled reporting. You may switch off these notifications via your Settings page.


Passwords

Passwords are encrypted in the system. However, it is recommended that you use a password that is different to systems which gives access to and/or contain sensitive information about you.

Passwords and other account information can be updated via the Settings page.

If you have forgotten your password, it may be reset using the Password Reset page.


Tip

Keep passwords secure and unique using an offline password manager such as Keepass




Deleting Your Account

To remove your account and associated system data -



Click on Settings



Click on the Delete link below your email



Confirm your password, enable the checkbox and click on the Delete button



Your account be will be removed and logged out
